Whether you are bestowing our cookies as a gift or indulging in a tasty treat, the magic of our team is seen, felt, and especially tasted in our cookies.

One of my favorite things to ask an employee is “What do you love most about working at the Cookie Company?” The answer is always that they love our positive work environment.

The second question I ask: “What are your magical gifts?” I find it delightful to hear how an employee feels they best contribute to the team! This question supports our belief that everyone has unique gifts to contribute, and employees find satisfaction producing a special product through a high level of thoughtful service.

My sister Christa and I have often said it’s the joy of our team that fuels us! We love offering a quality product. But in truth, we are most proud of the positive work environment we have collectively built and nurtured.

Our magical team has been key to the growth of our business, and we continue to offer growth opportunities for our employees. Christa and I are grateful to every employee who has contributed to our company in the past and who will contribute in the future.
